Terms
- Turnaround starts after all required files and information have been received.
- Stated turnaround times are estimates.
- Extra changes outside the package are billed separately.
- Unused revision rounds are not refunded.
- A revision round consists of one collected list of changes.
- A completely new design does not count as a revision.
- Final files are delivered after full payment.
- Source files are only included when ordered as an extra.
- The client is responsible for the usage rights of supplied images and logos.
- After approval and delivery, further changes may be billed again.
- Cancelling after design work has started does not entitle you to a full refund.
