Release your music professionally — without giving up your rights.

R.E.R. reviews your release, schedules the release date and submits the music on your behalf to the agreed distributor. After payment you automatically receive a release agreement for your single, EP or album. The release is only submitted once that agreement is signed and all required files and details are complete.

A release does not go live automatically after payment. Distributors and streaming platforms set processing times and may reject a release or ask for additional information.

Two ways of working together

A label service is not a record deal

A paid label service is not a record deal. You buy support for a specific release and remain the owner of your master. A real R.E.R. label deal is a separate collaboration that requires selection, investment and a separate written agreement.

Paid label service

  • The artist buys a clearly scoped service
  • The artist remains the owner of the master
  • R.E.R. does not take a percentage of master income
  • A fixed package price applies
  • External costs are listed separately
  • The collaboration covers only the agreed release and work

Real R.E.R. label deal

  • Only available after selection by R.E.R.
  • No automatic admission by payment
  • R.E.R. may invest in production, marketing or development
  • Investment and recoupment terms are agreed upfront
  • Revenue share is set in a separate agreement
  • 80% artist / 20% R.E.R. only when agreed for that deal
  • Term, master rights, costs, termination and royalty admin are set in writing

Rights

Master, publishing and splits

With paid label services the artist remains the owner of the master. Copyright and publishing stay with the rights holders. Collaborations with producers, songwriters and other creators may include separate splits. R.E.R. does not change or register rights without written consent. A label deal may contain different terms; the signed agreement always takes precedence.

Process

From request to evaluation

A release is only scheduled once the request is confirmed and the required files are complete.

    Order

    The artist chooses a package and release format (Single/EP/Album) and submits release details.

  2. 02

    Payment & agreement

    After confirmed payment, the release agreement is sent for signature. No live release immediately after paying.

  3. 03

    Delivery

    Masters, artwork, credits, splits and permissions are submitted securely via the portal.

  4. 04

    Release check & submission

    R.E.R. reviews everything and submits the release on your behalf to the agreed distributor.

  5. 05

    Evaluation

    With Label Release and Label Campaign the release is evaluated afterwards.
