Ticket terms

SuTopia is on Saturday 7 November 2026, 18:00–23:00, at Stathe, Rozenstraat 15, 3511 BV Utrecht.

One ticket admits one person. It is issued to the buyer and is not meant to be resold.

You may only buy a ticket if you are 16 or older on 7 November 2026. Valid ID can be checked at the door.

If you are under 16, entry can be refused. The ticket price is not refunded, because you confirmed at checkout that you are 16 or older.

The price is €9.95 per ticket. That includes 21% VAT (€1.73). No service fee is added. You pay €9.95 per person.

You order with your name and email address. Payment goes through Stripe, with iDEAL, card or Bancontact.

A ticket exists only after Stripe confirms the payment. An unpaid reservation expires on its own. Opening the thank-you page does not create a ticket.

After a confirmed payment you receive a PDF by email and by download link. Each ticket has its own number and a QR code. That code contains no personal data.

The QR code is scanned once at the door. A sharp screenshot is valid. A ticket that is already used or voided does not grant entry.

This is a ticket for an event on a fixed date. The cooling-off right does not apply. After payment you cannot cancel the ticket yourself for a refund.

If we cancel SuTopia, we refund the amount you paid. If we move the date, your ticket stays valid for the new date, or you can ask for a refund.

Follow the instructions of the organiser and the venue. We can refuse entry if the ticket is invalid, already used, or if you put other people at risk.

We are not liable for lost or stolen belongings. For the ticket itself, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket, except where the law requires more.

We use your name and email address to process the order and send the tickets.
